Week 1 for Steven and Kat

Steven and Kat talk about getting started. They are both aiming to fit into some old clothes they’ve had to leave in the back of their wardrobe, and to also feel the health benefits.

They recently started, and have felt some benefits already. They both enjoy the food, but eating 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of eating, has been a challenge. They are experimenting with a protein drink, and eating an hour after that.

Kat found the first week difficult, with sugar withdrawal symptoms like headaches and irritability. As a lover of carbohydrates, Kat is working hard at the diet, as well as keeping the chocolate in the pantry until Saturdays.
