Currently at 260 lbs and 29% body fat; would like to get to 200lbs and 16% body fat. Want to fit in size 36" in waist jeans again! (currently in 40"!)
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
It would mean that I would feel more confident. My 8 yr old daughter would be proud of me and my ice hockey and downhill skiing activities will improve. It would also probably cure my Sleep Apnea.
