To lose weight and inches. To comfortably fit in *one* airline seat when I fly to Hawaii in 3 months. To start exercising again.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
Feeling as beautiful on the outside as I do on the inside. Being a strong role model for my 9 year old daughter. Increasing my ability to embrace my sexual energy with my husband.


To lose 20 pounds and wear a closet full of pants I've outgrown. To gain energy and strength, lose inches, and improve my general health and stamina.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
I would feel better about myself and more worthy of my blessings. I would be able to mow the lawn without looking like I was about to keel over with a heart attack. I would be comfortable wearing swim trunks in Hawaii this July. I would be a better partner in supporting my wife.
