Goals
I would like to lose 60 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. I would like definition to my muscles and a fit and healthy figure.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
I am a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology. Over the time of my schooling I have not had much time to focus on my physical appearance. Graduation is just around the corner and achieving my goals would mean starting my new career as a Clinical Psychologist with less emotional baggage regarding my own outward appearance, thus giving me the ability to be a better help to my clients.

Steve

Goals
To lose at least 80 pounds of fat. To gain muscle mass and definition, especially in my upper body.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
I have been overweight for my entire life. At my height, BMI recommends a weight under 205lbs, and the lowest I have ever been as an adult is 235. I am 275 now. Because of this, I have never known what it means to be truly happy about my physical appearance. I want that.
