My goals are to reduce my body fat to under %15 and learn to live a healthier lifestyle with a proper diet.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
Achieving my goals would be monumental as the first step in making my lifestyle a healthier, happier one. I will strive to break my bad eating habits. We have been on the diet already for a few weeks.

To lose 18.8 lbs and increase my water intake, to make a permanent lifestyle change and maintain weight loss.
What would achieving your goals mean to you?
Acheving my goals would mean an end to 15+ years of yo-yo dieting on my own. Completing the 4H Body challenge with my new husband will mean a new beginning and changing old unwanted lifestyle habits together, we are excited to start our new life together and be successful !
