Week 3 Update for Jesse and Melinie

Although Melinie wasn’t feeling well, she managed to stick at slow carb, and lose some inches, plus a pound this week. Jesse found it difficult after cheat day, because he gained quite a lot, but he had a good result at the end of the week. They’ve found some great ideas for what they’re going to do over the coming years – and they’re looking forward to being able to do more activities when they travel, and setting some physical goals like half and full marathons.
